We made it through Relay for Life. Woke up that morning to a pouring rain storm. I stood in the shower thanking God for the rain and asking for it to stop. Thankfully it did and we were able to stay dry during the night. We raised a bit over $15,000 for the American Cancer Society this year. And had a great time doing it.
Kimmie also had a birthday and turned 5. We had her party at home this year instead of going to the park as we have in years past. Her friends came over and she had a great day. She wanted a Hula Girl party. 
So all the girls got leis and grass skirts and the boys received beach comber hats. 
We had a water balloon fight and the pinata was a hit as well.

We've gotten through the first full week of Kindergarten. Hoping to get a routine and slow down a little very soon.
